The above images show our process for designing jewelry from sketch, to CAD rendering, to the final product in sterling silver. Dr Dave and brother-in-law Jeff Boast teamed up to form Jeffrey David, a jewelry design company in the year 2000. Jeff had pioneered a new technology that made it possible to architect jewelry in a CAD program and adapt to a CAM, milling machine to cut waxes based on the computer design. From the sketch, it is clear that his talent extends beyond technical to an prolific artistry that eventually led to the development of over 500 styles of jewelry. In early 2011the companies were combined into one Earth Solutions Enterprise. All of our categories and styles of jewelry were created in-house, for lost wax casting. The finished wax is sent to our manufacturers in Thailand, the country known by jewelers as the Italy of the East.
