Earth Solutions® Aromatherapy Inhalers — Frequently Asked Questions

Science-based, synergistic essential-oil blends paired with positive affirmations—an Earth Solutions innovation that helps turn intention into a repeatable wellness habit.

What makes Earth Solutions inhalers different?

We pair synergistic, research-informed essential-oil blends with a brief, memorable affirmation printed on every inhaler. This Scent + Intention approach is unique to Earth Solutions and helps reinforce desired states through consistent practice.

How do I use an aromatherapy inhaler?
  1. Uncap and hold the inhaler just below your nose (you do not need to insert it).
  2. Take 1–2 slow breaths while silently (or softly) repeating the affirmation on the label. Or think of a more personally suitable affirmation.
  3. Recap promptly to preserve freshness.

Tip: Many users simply wave it under the nose for a strong, hygienic whiff.

How often can I use it?

Use it as often as desired. Typical use is 2–3 sessions per day, 1-10 slow breaths per session. Increase or decrease based on personal preference.

How long does it last?

With normal use, an inhaler typically provides hundreds of uses. Many customers report noticeable aroma for months, and some for years, depending on frequency of opening and storage.

What keeps the oils from going rancid?

We include a small amount of jojoba oil as a stabilizing carrier. Jojoba resists oxidation, helping the blend stay fresh longer.

What’s inside?

Pure essential oils in a synergistic blend, absorbed into a cotton wick, plus a small amount of jojoba carrier for stability. No water, alcohol, or synthetic fragrance.

Do I put the inhaler into my nose?

You may, but it is not necessary. For hygiene and comfort, hold it just below the nostrils or wave it under the nose. You’ll still get a robust aroma.

Why the affirmation—does it really matter?

The affirmation provides a brief, repeatable cue that aligns mindset with aroma exposure. Over time, this pairing can help build a helpful routine—our brand’s defining difference.

Is it refillable?

Inhalers are not designed to be refilled. For best performance and hygiene, replace when aroma fades.

Who can use it? Any safety notes?
  • Intended for adults; supervise older children as appropriate.
  • Avoid use near eyes; do not ingest; keep out of reach of small children and pets.
  • If you have asthma, seizures, or serious environmental sensitvities, consult your clinician before use.
  • Discontinue if irritation occurs.
How should I store it?

Keep it capped, away from heat and direct sunlight. Store upright when possible.

Travel & TSA?

Solid-wick inhalers are typically TSA-friendly for carry-on travel. As always, follow current airport security guidelines.
