Shipping

  • Processing time: Orders ship within 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri).
  • Retail orders: Ship via USPS with tracking emailed at dispatch.
  • Wholesale orders: Ship via UPS with tracking emailed at dispatch.
  • International: All international shipments are FOB Atlanta.

Returns & Exchanges

Return window: Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original method of payment.

  • Start a return by emailing customerservice@earthsolutions.com with your order number.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging. For safety, opened personal-care items may not be eligible for return.
  • Refunds: Processed within 3 days of receipt after inspection. Original shipping is non-refundable.
  • Damaged or defective: Please send photos within 5 days of delivery; we’ll replace or refund.

Payments & Billing

  • Accepted methods: All major credit cards at checkout.
  • When you’re charged: Orders are authorized at checkout and the charge is captured at time of shipment.
  • Currency: All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Sales tax: Collected where required by law.

Order Changes, Cancellations & Tracking

  • Change or cancel: Email us as soon as possible after ordering; if the order has not entered packing, we will make the change.
  • Address corrections: Contact us immediately; carrier fees for address changes may apply once in transit.
  • Track your order: Use the tracking link in your shipping email or check your account order history.

Wholesale Summary

  • Minimum opening order: $150
  • Free freight: Orders of $250+ (U.S.)
  • Carriers: UPS for wholesale shipments
