Shipping & Returns (Retail)

  • Processing: orders ship within 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri).
  • Free Shipping: U.S. retail orders $50+ ship free via USPS.
  • Returns: unopened items accepted within 30 days of delivery; refunds issued within 3 days of receipt after inspection (original shipping non-refundable).
  • Damages: report with photos within 5 days of delivery for replacement or credit.
  • Payments: all major credit cards; charge captured at time of shipment; prices in USD.

  • Reset your password if you can’t access your account.
  • Guest checkout orders can still be tracked via the shipping email.
