Shipping & Returns (Retail)
- Processing: orders ship within 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri).
- Free Shipping: U.S. retail orders $50+ ship free via USPS.
- Returns: unopened items accepted within 30 days of delivery; refunds issued within 3 days of receipt after inspection (original shipping non-refundable).
- Damages: report with photos within 5 days of delivery for replacement or credit.
- Payments: all major credit cards; charge captured at time of shipment; prices in USD.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, we email a tracking link. If you can’t find the email:
- Check your spam or promotions folder for “Earth Solutions Shipping”.
- View your orders under My Account (requires login).
- If you still need help, email customerservice@earthsolutions.com.
Account Help
- Log in to view orders, update addresses, and manage your account.
- Reset your password if you can’t access your account.
- Guest checkout orders can still be tracked via the shipping email.
